How to cure PMDD with Vitamins

Recently used vitamins to cure (completely) a pretty horrific case of PMDD. In case you or a loved one have ever suffered from menstrual related hormone swings, here is what I recommend trying (please let me know if it works for you!):

1) Red Raspberry Leaf Tea, 8 ounces a day

  1. Interesting. I suffer from PMDD and PTSD, which is an unpleasant combination. At this point PTSD symptoms mostly present only during the time PMDD is active. I've tried Vitex (over the course of 6 months) with no luck and am considering birth control approved for PMDD, but would prefer to avoid side effects. If you don't mind my asking, has your regimen continued to work? At what dosage? I currently take milk thistle (vastly improved adult acne), bacopa, activated charcoal, biotin, and melatonin, but havent found anything natural that has helped with this issue. It can be hell.

    Really enjoying your blog thus far, and looking forward to meeting you on Saturday (I'm the GF). As an INTP I envy your diligence, something I am working on in myself.

    1. Hi A! Sorry for taking so long to respond. I wanted to wait and see if this regime really worked. I ... have never had PMDD again. Not only that all of my minor PMS issues have gone away as well. I used to get a back ache and that's gone too. How is your PMDD doing?
